Chris Varosy is first and foremost a storyteller. His songwriting is driven by the narrative, leading him across genres and instruments in search of each song’s concept. The resulting eclectic sound has bluesy underpinnings and a hard rock edge, evoking Melissa Etheridge, Tool, Dr. John or Stevie Wonder, depending on the moment. But each moment coalesces around the story arc. Chris has toured internationally, performed live on television and played in over a dozen acts, including Ultrawide, the Bill Mumy Band and The Long Run. Currently based in Denver, Chris performs regularly in two bands and as a solo artist.
