This one couldn’t be more close to home. If you’re in Piney Creek, you could walk! So you’ve probably heard that there are food trucks that come on certain Mondays all summer to the park at Joplin and Orchard (across the street from the pool). Well the Piney Creek Association is bringing live music by Gold Mine Arcade to a couple of these dates. Food will be served between 5:30 and 8pm, and we’ll be doing an acoustic set from 6:00 to 7:30pm. You’ll hear acoustic guitar, mandolin and percussion by Terry Spears, Mike Power, Kemi Akeju and me. This is of course free (you buy your own food) and all ages, and you don’t have to live in Piney Creek to show up. Parking is quite scarce, so I recommend walking or riding your bike if you can.
